- Coordinate high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns across multiple provinces and territories.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate pre-screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and seasonal positions.

- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate and support annual performance review cycles, including timelines, communications, reporting, and follow-up.
- Assist leaders with employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and supporting investigations and corrective actions.
- Administer leave of absence programs including medical leaves, personal leaves, parental leaves, and accommodation-related absences.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, employment standards, and HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with privacy and record retention requirements.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain employer brand recognition assets, including website badges, awards, and external employer recognition programs.

- Research and recommend training programs, courses, certifications, and development opportunities to support employee and leadership development.
- Coordinate training enrollment and registrations through internal and external learning platforms, including LinkedIn Learning and other professional development providers.
- Track training participation, completion records, and certification renewals to support organizational compliance and employee development goals.
- Support the administration of learning and development initiatives, including annual training plans, leadership development programs, and mandatory compliance training.
- Assist leaders and employees in identifying appropriate learning resources to support individual development plans and career growth.
Compliance & Research
- Research employment standards legislation across multiple Canadian jurisdictions.
- Interpret and communicate complex legislative requirements in a practical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist with compliance audits and reporting requirements.
- Stay informed of changes to employment legislation, HR trends, and best practices.

- Is not intimidated by difficult conversations or complex situations.
- Can balance high-volume recruitment demands with ongoing HR responsibilities.
