Inline Group Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join our team on a part-time, contract basis (25–30 hours per week) for a 4-month term. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – Process accounts payable, manage credit card transactions, and maintain accurate vendor records to support smooth financial operations.

Payroll Support – Assist with employee setup and provide backup support for payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Expense Processing – Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Document & Audit Support – Maintain organized financial records and assist with documentation and audit preparation.

Collections Assistance – Provide support with collections activities, as needed.

Team Support – Step in to support accounting functions during team member absences and vacations.

Entry-Level to Early Career Experience – Ideal for a summer student or candidates with 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Relevant Education – Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Accounting Knowledge – Exposure to accounts payable, payroll support, expense processing, or general accounting administration is an asset.

Independent & Reliable – Ability to manage routine tasks independently with strong attention to detail.

Highly Organized – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
