Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity available for a highly skilled Project Accountant for our various Canadian Project locations. This position is located in our Acheson office. .      Prepare, and issue project invoices

.      Contributing to a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner

.      Create and issue purchase orders on an as needed basis

.      Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments

.       Work with Project Managers, and Coordinators to issue, and review daily LEMs

.       Set-up and maintain all projects within Aimsio and Sage Intacct

.       Monitoring receivable income and supporting accounting team with collections

.       Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines

.       Prepare and analyze financial reports for individual projects, provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

.      Collaborate with project managers to address financial issues and identify opportunities for cost savings

.      Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

 

·        Accounting diploma.

·        Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel & Word).

·        Superior accuracy and attention to detail.

·        Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

·        Ability to handle shifting priorities.

·        Excellent time management and organization skills.
